Service Description

Call out Charge. Fault finding and Small repairs as agreed previously over phone or written communication. Payable by Cash or Card upon arrival. Travel to and 1 hour work included. Apply all the time if booked Out of office hours (8:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday) Call out time will be used to try to locate fault and if possible carry out repair. Materials Excluded, and will be charged accordingly. Call out cost can be incorporated in larger job invoices or not charged, but i reserve the right to make that decision myself.
